When it comes to upgrading your lightweight sportster, few modifications deliver the same impact as premium benelli performance superbike exhausts designed specifically for the Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado + Naked models. This expertly engineered exhaust system represents the perfect balance between performance enhancement, distinctive sound, and straightforward installation, making it an essential upgrade for riders seeking to unlock the full potential of their machine.

Designed and manufactured in the UK by Carbon Can Co Ltd, this exhaust system has been precision-crafted to deliver exceptional performance gains whilst maintaining complete compatibility with your standard OEM downpipes. Whether you’re commuting through urban environments or carving through country roads at the weekend, this exhaust upgrade transforms your riding experience with noticeable improvements in throttle response, power delivery, and that unmistakable sporty exhaust note that turns heads wherever you ride.

Complete Benelli Performance Superbike Exhausts Package

This comprehensive exhaust system arrives with everything required for a professional installation. The package includes one stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, engineered to maintain optimal exhaust gas flow throughout the system. Mandrel bending is crucial in performance exhaust design, as it maintains consistent internal diameter throughout bends, preventing the restrictions commonly found in crush-bent alternatives that can severely limit performance gains.

Additionally, you’ll receive one high-quality stainless steel exhaust strap, one durable exhaust strap rubber, and one precision-manufactured exhaust hanging bracket. These mounting components ensure your new exhaust system remains securely positioned under all riding conditions, from gentle cruising to spirited acceleration. The stainless steel construction throughout guarantees long-lasting durability and resistance to the harsh conditions exhaust systems endure, including extreme heat cycles, road spray, and corrosive elements.

Engineering Excellence Behind Our Benelli Performance Superbike Exhausts

The engineering philosophy behind this exhaust system centres on delivering maximum power gains without necessitating expensive fuel mapping adjustments. Our exhausts are manufactured to work seamlessly with your standard fueling setup, meaning you can enjoy immediate performance benefits straight out of the box. However, if you’ve already invested in an aftermarket air filter or installed a de-cat system, having your motorcycle’s fueling professionally mapped will complement these modifications perfectly, optimising engine performance and efficiency across the entire rev range.

The use of stainless steel 304 throughout the construction process isn’t merely an aesthetic choice. This particular grade of stainless steel offers exceptional resistance to corrosion whilst providing the structural integrity necessary to withstand the thermal stresses and vibrations inherent in motorcycle exhaust systems. The CNC mandrel bending process ensures each curve maintains perfect internal geometry, allowing exhaust gases to exit efficiently without the turbulence and back-pressure created by inferior manufacturing methods.

For riders considering a complete exhaust overhaul, you might also explore our Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado +TNT Naked De-Cat Down-Pipe Exhaust header and Rear Silencer, which offers even greater performance potential when combined with appropriate fuel mapping.

Installation and Compatibility of Benelli Performance Superbike Exhausts

One of the standout features of this exhaust system is its straightforward fitment to standard OEM downpipes. Unlike some aftermarket exhaust options that require modification or additional components, this system has been designed specifically for bolt-on installation. This design approach means that enthusiastic home mechanics with basic tools can complete the installation, though professional fitting is always recommended if you’re uncertain about any aspect of the process.

The included mounting hardware ensures proper alignment and support, preventing the stress fractures and mounting failures that can occur with poorly supported exhaust systems. The exhaust strap rubber provides vibration damping, isolating the exhaust from the frame and preventing the transmission of unwanted resonance into the chassis, which could otherwise affect rider comfort and component longevity.

Performance Benefits and Sound Character

Riders who upgrade to quality benelli performance superbike exhausts consistently report noticeable improvements in mid-range power delivery and top-end performance. The optimised exhaust gas flow reduces back-pressure, allowing the engine to breathe more efficiently throughout the rev range. This translates to crisper throttle response, improved acceleration, and in many cases, modest gains in fuel efficiency when ridden conservatively.

Beyond the performance metrics, there’s the undeniable appeal of an enhanced exhaust note. This system delivers a deeper, more purposeful sound compared to the restrictive standard exhaust, without crossing into antisocial noise levels that might attract unwanted attention from law enforcement. It’s the perfect balance for riders who appreciate a sporty soundtrack without compromising neighbourly relations or legal compliance.

According to motorcycle engineering experts at Cycle World, proper exhaust design is fundamental to extracting maximum performance from any internal combustion engine, particularly in smaller-displacement sportsbikes where every horsepower counts.

Quality Assurance and UK Manufacturing

Every Carbon Can Co exhaust system is manufactured in the United Kingdom to exacting standards. This local production approach ensures consistent quality control, supports British manufacturing, and means that customer support and potential warranty claims can be handled efficiently without international complications. The attention to detail evident in every weld, bend, and mounting point reflects decades of exhaust manufacturing expertise.

Our commitment to adhering to regulations is evident in our product design and labelling, and hence with new updates from ACEM, DVSA and DfT, we are ensuring our exhaust systems are compliant with new and upcoming legislation and regulations. Specifically, two changes detailed below:

Road Legal Exhausts: Our road legal exhausts will have the BSAU stamped markings and be crafted with non-removable baffles, aligning seamlessly with the standards set by ACEM (European Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers). These baffles are an integral part of our design to ensure that your motorcycle exhaust complies with road regulations, providing you with a legal and enjoyable riding experience.

Race Exhausts and Silencers:  For those seeking an exhilarating experience on the track, our race exhausts are engineered to deliver optimal performance. Clearly marked with type approval markings “Not for Road Use” etched into the side, these exhausts are specifically designed for racing applications. This distinction is in line with DVSA policy, ensuring that our race exhausts are suitable for track use, meeting the highest performance standards without compromising on safety.
