Professional Grade Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts for the RSV 1000 Mille Factory

The Aprilia RSV 1000 Mille Factory remains one of the most iconic Italian superbikes ever produced, and our exhaust system has been developed specifically to unlock its true potential. Each system is precision-manufactured using advanced CNC mandrel bending techniques to ensure optimal exhaust gas flow, reducing back pressure whilst maintaining the perfect balance between power delivery and torque characteristics across the entire rev range.

Our comprehensive exhaust package includes everything required for a professional installation. You’ll receive two stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipes, manufactured to exacting tolerances for a perfect fit every time. The kit also includes two stainless steel exhaust straps and two exhaust strap rubbers, ensuring your new system is mounted securely and remains vibration-free throughout its service life. This attention to detail means you can install with confidence, knowing that every component has been engineered to work in harmony with your Aprilia’s existing architecture.

Why Choose Carbon Can Co Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts

What sets our exhaust systems apart is the extensive research and development that goes into every product we manufacture. Unlike generic aftermarket alternatives, our aprilia performance superbike exhausts have been specifically designed to complement the RSV 1000 Mille Factory’s 60-degree V-twin engine configuration. The result is a system that enhances power delivery without compromising the legendary character that makes this motorcycle so special.

The stainless steel 304 construction offers exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring your investment continues to perform and look fantastic for years to come. This marine-grade material is chosen specifically for its ability to withstand the extreme temperatures and environmental conditions that motorcycle exhaust systems endure. The precision mandrel bending process maintains consistent internal diameter throughout each bend, eliminating the restriction points that plague cheaper pressed alternatives.

Installation is refreshingly straightforward, as this exhaust system is manufactured to fit directly onto the standard OEM downpipes without requiring any modifications to your motorcycle. Simply remove your existing end cans, fit our link pipes using your original equipment manufacturer springs, and experience the transformation. This bolt-on simplicity means you can complete the installation in your own garage with basic tools, though we always recommend having a professional mechanic handle the work if you’re not completely confident in your abilities.

Optimising Performance with Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts

Our exhausts are meticulously engineered to deliver maximum power gains without necessitating any changes to your fuel mapping in standard configuration. However, if you’ve already enhanced your RSV 1000 Mille Factory with an aftermarket air filter or de-cat system, we strongly recommend having your motorcycle’s fuelling professionally optimised. This comprehensive approach ensures that your engine management system can take full advantage of the improved breathing characteristics, maximising both performance and efficiency whilst maintaining reliability.

According to Motorcycle News, proper exhaust system selection and installation can dramatically transform a superbike’s performance characteristics, and our customers consistently report noticeable improvements in throttle response, mid-range torque, and top-end power delivery. The weight savings compared to the restrictive standard system also contribute to improved handling dynamics, making your RSV 1000 Mille Factory feel more agile and responsive through challenging corner combinations.

Complete Exhaust Solutions for Your Aprilia Superbike Range

At Carbon Can Co Ltd, we specialise in providing premium exhaust solutions across the entire Aprilia performance superbike range. Whether you’re riding the legendary RSV 1000 Mille Factory or piloting a newer model, we’ve developed systems that respect each motorcycle’s unique characteristics. Our expertise extends to models including the APRILIA TUONO V4R 2011-2014, ensuring that whatever Italian performance machine you own, we have the perfect exhaust solution.

Each system undergoes rigorous testing both on the dyno and in real-world conditions to verify performance gains and ensure reliability. We don’t simply manufacture exhausts; we develop complete performance solutions that enhance your riding experience whilst maintaining the exceptional build quality and attention to detail that discerning Aprilia owners demand.

Technical Specifications and Installation Notes

The package contents have been carefully selected to ensure a complete, hassle-free installation experience. The two CNC mandrel bent link pipes feature precision-welded construction with smooth internal surfaces that promote unrestricted exhaust gas flow. The included stainless steel exhaust straps provide robust mounting points, whilst the high-quality exhaust strap rubbers isolate vibration and prevent metal-to-metal contact that could lead to premature wear or unwanted noise.

When refitting your new exhaust system, always use OEM springs to ensure proper sealing and secure attachment to the downpipes. These springs are specifically designed to maintain the correct clamping force throughout the thermal expansion and contraction cycles that exhaust systems experience during normal operation. Before installation, we recommend inspecting your existing downpipes for any signs of damage or excessive corrosion, as this is the perfect opportunity to address any maintenance issues.

For riders who have already upgraded other performance aspects of their RSV 1000 Mille Factory, such as fitting the APRILIA SL1000 FALCO 1999-2005 exhaust system to a stable mate, you’ll appreciate the consistent quality and performance philosophy that runs throughout our entire product range. Each system benefits from the same engineering expertise and manufacturing precision that has established Carbon Can Co as a trusted name amongst performance motorcycle enthusiasts.

Clearly marked with type approval markings “Not for Road Use” etched into the side, these exhausts are specifically designed for racing applications.
