When searching for aprilia performance superbike exhausts that deliver exceptional sound, weight reduction, and power gains, the Carbon Can Co Ltd system for the Aprilia Tuono V4 R 2011-2014 stands out as a premium aftermarket solution. Engineered specifically for this legendary Italian performance machine, this exhaust system combines precision manufacturing with race-proven technology to unlock your bike’s full potential whilst maintaining reliability and ease of installation.

Premium Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts for the Tuono V4 R

The Aprilia Tuono V4 R represents one of the most thrilling naked superbikes ever produced, combining fierce V4 power with razor-sharp handling. To truly maximize this machine’s capabilities, fitting a high-quality aftermarket exhaust system is essential. Our exhaust solution has been developed through extensive testing and refinement to deliver tangible performance improvements whilst reducing overall weight and enhancing that distinctive V4 soundtrack that Aprilia enthusiasts cherish.

This complete exhaust system includes everything required for a straightforward installation. Each kit comprises one stainless 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, engineered to precise tolerances for optimal flow characteristics. The mandrel bending process ensures consistent internal diameter throughout the pipe’s length, eliminating the restrictions commonly found in crush-bent alternatives. Additionally, the system includes one stainless exhaust strap, one exhaust strap rubber mount, and one exhaust hanger footrest bracket, providing all necessary mounting hardware for secure, vibration-free fitment.

Why Choose These Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts?

Our exhausts are manufactured to exceptionally high standards using premium grade stainless steel 304, chosen for its outstanding corrosion resistance, durability, and ability to withstand the extreme temperatures generated by high-performance engines. The material selection ensures your exhaust maintains its appearance and structural integrity even after years of spirited riding in all weather conditions.

One of the key advantages of this system is its direct fitment design. The exhaust is made to fit straight to the standard OEM downpipes, meaning no modifications to your bike’s existing catalyst or headers are required. This bolt-on approach makes installation straightforward for home mechanics whilst maintaining compatibility with your motorcycle’s original architecture. The system integrates seamlessly with the Tuono’s chassis, preserving ground clearance and lean angles that are critical for this performance-focused machine.

Weight reduction represents another significant benefit. Factory exhaust systems prioritize cost efficiency and regulatory compliance over performance, often resulting in heavy, restrictive designs. By upgrading to our lightweight aftermarket system, riders typically experience noticeably sharper throttle response and improved handling characteristics due to reduced mass, particularly beneficial given the exhaust’s position relative to the bike’s centre of gravity.

Performance Gains from Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts

Our exhausts are manufactured to give maximum power without the need to alter the fueling as standard. The system has been carefully designed to work harmoniously with the Tuono V4 R’s sophisticated fuel injection mapping, delivering performance improvements straight out of the box. However, if you have an aftermarket air filter and/or a de-cat system installed, having the bike’s fueling professionally looked at will always complement the engine performance and efficiency, unlocking even greater potential from your modifications.

The improved exhaust flow characteristics reduce back pressure, allowing the engine to breathe more freely throughout the rev range. Riders typically notice enhanced mid-range torque delivery and stronger top-end performance, making the bike more responsive and exciting to ride on both road and track. The acoustic improvements are equally impressive, with a deep, purposeful tone that announces the V4’s presence without being antisocially loud.

For riders considering comprehensive upgrades to their Aprilia machines, Carbon Can Co Ltd offers exhaust solutions across the entire range. Our APRILIA RSV4 2009-2014 system shares similar engineering philosophy and quality standards, whilst those with adventure bikes might explore our Aprilia 1200 Caponord 2014 2017 options.

Installation and Maintenance Considerations

Installation typically requires basic mechanical skills and common workshop tools. The direct-fit nature of the system means experienced home mechanics can complete the installation in approximately one to two hours. All mounting points align with factory locations, and the included hardware ensures secure attachment without requiring additional components. As with any exhaust work, allowing the system to cool completely before beginning removal of the old exhaust is essential for safety.

Once fitted, maintenance requirements are minimal. Stainless steel 304 resists corrosion effectively, though periodic inspection of mounting hardware and rubber components ensures continued security. The material’s inherent properties mean the exhaust will maintain its appearance with occasional cleaning using appropriate stainless steel cleaners.
