This comprehensive exhaust upgrade transforms your Falco’s character whilst maintaining the practicality and reliability you need for both spirited riding and everyday use. Our exhaust system is manufactured from premium materials using advanced fabrication techniques to ensure a perfect fit, outstanding durability, and genuine performance gains that you’ll feel every time you twist the throttle.

This complete motorbike exhaust system for the Aprilia SL1000 Falco 1999-2005 includes everything you need for a straightforward installation. The package comprises two stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipes, precision-engineered to ensure optimal exhaust gas flow and maximum performance. You’ll also receive two stainless steel exhaust straps and two exhaust strap rubbers, providing secure mounting that eliminates unwanted vibration whilst allowing for thermal expansion. The system is designed to fit straight onto your standard OEM downpipes, making installation considerably more straightforward than complete system replacements. Please remember to use your original OEM springs when refitting the exhaust to ensure proper seating and a secure, leak-free connection.

Why Choose Carbon Can Co Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts

Our commitment to quality and performance sets our exhaust systems apart from budget alternatives. Every component is manufactured in-house using premium grade stainless steel 304, chosen specifically for its exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature performance, and longevity. The CNC mandrel bent construction ensures smooth, consistent internal diameter throughout the link pipes, eliminating the flow restrictions and turbulence that plague cheaper pressed or crushed-bent alternatives. This attention to detail translates directly into measurable performance improvements, with better throttle response, enhanced mid-range torque, and a more aggressive exhaust note that truly befits the Falco’s sporting character.

The engineering philosophy behind our aprilia performance superbike exhausts focuses on delivering real-world benefits without compromising reliability or usability. We’ve extensively tested our systems to ensure they produce maximum power gains without requiring immediate fueling modifications, allowing you to enjoy improved performance straight out of the box. The exhaust has been developed to work harmoniously with standard air filtration and catalytic converters, making it an ideal upgrade for riders who want better performance without the complexity of comprehensive engine management remapping.

Installation and Fueling Considerations for Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts

One of the most frequently asked questions concerns fueling adjustments and whether remapping is necessary. Our exhausts are manufactured to give maximum power without the immediate need to alter the fueling system, providing plug-and-play performance enhancement for standard or near-standard motorcycles. However, if you’ve already installed an aftermarket air filter and/or removed the catalytic converter (de-cat), then having your bike’s fueling professionally assessed and optimised will always complement the engine performance and efficiency gains provided by our exhaust system. This holistic approach to performance tuning ensures your Falco runs at its absolute best, with optimal air-fuel ratios throughout the rev range.

For riders seeking comprehensive performance upgrades across the Aprilia range, we also manufacture exhaust systems for other popular models including the APRILIA TUONO V4R 2011-2014 and the APRILIA RSV4 2009-2014, ensuring that whatever Aprilia you ride, Carbon Can Co has the performance solution you need.

Technical Excellence in Aprilia Performance Superbike Exhausts Manufacturing

The manufacturing process for our exhaust systems employs industry-leading techniques to ensure consistency and quality. CNC mandrel bending is crucial for performance exhaust construction because it maintains constant internal diameter throughout each bend, preventing the collapse and distortion that occurs with traditional bending methods. This consistent bore diameter ensures smooth, unrestricted exhaust gas flow, reducing backpressure and allowing your engine to breathe more efficiently. The result is improved power delivery, particularly in the mid-range where most street riding occurs, giving your Falco a more responsive, engaging character.

Our use of stainless steel 304 grade material provides exceptional longevity and appearance retention. Unlike mild steel systems that quickly corrode and discolour, stainless steel maintains its lustrous finish for years with minimal maintenance. The material’s high-temperature stability ensures the exhaust maintains its structural integrity even under sustained hard use, whilst the inherent corrosion resistance means your investment remains protected against the harsh environmental conditions that motorcycles inevitably encounter. Sound Quality and Performance Character

Beyond the measurable performance gains, one of the most immediately noticeable improvements is the enhanced exhaust note. The Aprilia SL1000 Falco’s 60-degree V-twin engine produces a characteristically rich, deep exhaust note, and our system amplifies these desirable acoustic qualities whilst eliminating the muffled, restricted tone of the standard exhaust. The result is a purposeful, aggressive sound that turns heads and perfectly matches the Falco’s sporting credentials, without being obnoxiously loud or antisocial for everyday use. This careful balance between performance and practicality reflects our understanding that most riders need their motorcycles to fulfil multiple roles, from weekend canyon carving to daily commuting.

We’ve included a YouTube link demonstrating the exhaust note and installation process, allowing you to hear the transformation for yourself before making your purchase decision. This transparency reflects our confidence in the product and our commitment to ensuring customers make informed choices about their motorcycle modifications.
