When it comes to upgrading your adventure motorcycle with premium yamaha performance superbike exhausts, the Yamaha Ténéré 700 T7 Hi Level exhaust system from Carbon Can Co Ltd represents the perfect fusion of engineering excellence and practical functionality. Designed specifically for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 T7 Hi Level 2019 onwards, this meticulously crafted exhaust upgrade delivers enhanced performance, refined acoustics, and the robust durability that serious adventure riders demand from their equipment.

Premium Engineering in Yamaha Performance Superbike Exhausts

This exceptional exhaust system has been precision-engineered using high-grade stainless steel 304, ensuring outstanding corrosion resistance and longevity even in the most challenging riding conditions. The CNC mandrel bent link pipe maintains optimal exhaust gas flow throughout the system, eliminating the restrictions often found in standard factory exhausts. This sophisticated manufacturing process ensures consistent internal diameter throughout all bends, maximising exhaust velocity and improving throttle response across the entire rev range.

The complete kit includes everything required for a straightforward installation: one stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, one stainless exhaust strap, one exhaust strap rubber, and cleverly designed heat shield brackets that allow you to refit your standard OEM heat shield. This attention to detail means you maintain the protective elements of your original system whilst benefiting from significantly improved performance characteristics. The exhaust is engineered to fit straight onto the standard OEM downpipes, eliminating the need for complex modifications or additional fabrication work.

Why Choose These Yamaha Performance Superbike Exhausts for Your Ténéré 700

The Yamaha Ténéré 700 has rapidly established itself as one of the most capable adventure motorcycles in its class, and this exhaust system has been specifically developed to complement and enhance its formidable capabilities. Unlike generic universal-fit systems, this exhaust has been designed with the unique requirements of the T7 platform in mind, ensuring perfect fitment, optimal ground clearance, and harmonious integration with the motorcycle’s existing architecture.

Adventure riders will particularly appreciate the hi-level routing of this system, which provides superior protection from obstacles, water crossings, and the general rigours of off-road exploration. The elevated positioning significantly reduces the risk of impact damage during technical terrain navigation, whilst the robust stainless steel construction ensures the system can withstand the inevitable knocks and scrapes that come with serious adventure riding.

Key Benefits and Performance Advantages

  • Authentic Sound: Experience a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note that enhances the riding experience without being antisocially loud
  • Weight Reduction: High-quality materials and efficient design contribute to reduced overall weight compared to standard exhaust components
  • Simple Installation: Direct fit to OEM downpipes means straightforward installation without modification requirements
  • Adventure-Ready Positioning: Hi-level routing protects the system from trail hazards and water crossings

Expert Craftsmanship Behind Yamaha Performance Superbike Exhausts

Carbon Can Co Ltd has built a reputation for producing exceptional exhaust systems across the Yamaha range, with products designed for everything from supersport machines to adventure bikes. If you’re interested in exploring other options within the Yamaha catalogue, you might also appreciate our Yamaha YZF-R125 full stainless system and Mini oval exhaust, which demonstrates the same commitment to quality and performance across different motorcycle platforms.

Each exhaust system undergoes rigorous quality control procedures to ensure it meets our exacting standards. The CNC mandrel bending process is particularly significant, as it represents a considerable manufacturing investment that many competitors avoid in favour of cheaper crush-bent alternatives. The result is an exhaust system that not only performs better but also maintains its structural integrity under the thermal stresses and vibrations inherent in motorcycle operation.

Installation Considerations and Compatibility

This exhaust system has been designed for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 T7 Hi Level model from 2019 onwards, ensuring perfect compatibility with your motorcycle. The retention of OEM heat shield mounting points is particularly thoughtful, as it allows riders to maintain factory safety features whilst enjoying aftermarket performance benefits.
