Premium Suzuki Performance Superbike Exhausts for the RF900

The SUZUKI RF900, produced between 1994 and 1999, remains a beloved machine among sport-touring enthusiasts and performance riders alike. This legendary superbike benefits enormously from a quality aftermarket exhaust system, and our offering delivers on every front. Constructed from premium materials and designed with meticulous attention to detail, this exhaust system provides a perfect blend of performance enhancement and aesthetic appeal.

Our exhaust for the RF900 comes complete with everything you need for a straightforward installation. The package includes a robust 3-bolt fitting system that ensures a secure and leak-free connection, one stainless steel exhaust strap for durability and corrosion resistance, and one exhaust strap rubber to dampen vibrations and provide a secure mount. This comprehensive fitment kit means you won’t be left searching for additional hardware or making emergency trips to your local motorcycle shop.

Direct Fit Suzuki Performance Superbike Exhausts Engineering

One of the standout features of this exhaust system is its direct fitment design. Engineered to fit straight onto your standard OEM downpipes, this exhaust eliminates the need for expensive modifications or custom fabrication work. This plug-and-play approach means that even riders with modest mechanical skills can successfully install this system in their home garage, saving both time and money whilst achieving professional results.

The precision manufacturing process ensures that all mounting points align perfectly with your RF900’s existing exhaust hangers and brackets. This attention to detail prevents the frustration of ill-fitting aftermarket parts and guarantees a factory-quality finish. The stainless steel construction not only provides exceptional durability against the elements but also maintains its lustrous appearance for years to come, even in challenging weather conditions typical of British riding.

Performance Benefits of Upgrading Your Suzuki Performance Superbike Exhausts

Installing a quality aftermarket exhaust on your SUZUKI RF900 delivers tangible performance improvements that you’ll notice immediately. The optimised exhaust flow reduces back pressure, allowing your engine to breathe more efficiently throughout the rev range. This translates to improved throttle response, slightly enhanced power delivery, and a more engaging riding experience overall. While dramatic horsepower gains shouldn’t be expected from an exhaust-only modification, the cumulative improvements in engine efficiency make every ride more enjoyable.

Beyond performance, the weight reduction compared to the original factory exhaust contributes to improved handling characteristics. Removing unnecessary mass from your motorcycle, particularly from the rear section, enhances agility and makes the bike feel more responsive through corners. These subtle improvements add up to create a noticeably more dynamic riding experience.

The exhaust note transformation is perhaps the most immediately satisfying upgrade. Gone is the muted, restricted sound of the standard system, replaced by a deep, purposeful tone that reflects the sporting character of your RF900. The sound is carefully engineered to be aggressive without being antisocial, striking the perfect balance for riders who want character without excessive noise.

Quality Construction and Long-Term Reliability

At Carbon Can Co Ltd, we understand that motorcycle exhausts must withstand extreme thermal cycling, vibration, and exposure to the elements. That’s why our suzuki performance superbike exhausts are constructed using premium-grade materials and proven manufacturing techniques. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and maintains structural integrity even after thousands of miles of hard riding.

The included mounting hardware has been specifically selected to provide years of reliable service. The stainless exhaust strap won’t rust or degrade, whilst the exhaust strap rubber is manufactured from high-quality compounds that resist heat and deterioration. This attention to detail in every component ensures that your investment continues to perform flawlessly season after season.
