Premium Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts for the Africa Twin

The Honda XRV750 Africa Twin earned its reputation traversing continents and conquering the legendary Paris-Dakar Rally. This iconic adventure motorcycle deserves an exhaust system that matches its pedigree. Our specially designed exhaust replacement maintains the Africa Twin’s character whilst offering improved flow characteristics and a deeper, more purposeful exhaust tone that adventure riders truly appreciate.

This complete exhaust package has been engineered specifically for Honda XRV750 Africa Twin models produced between 1990 and 2003. The system utilises a link pipe style fitting that seamlessly integrates with your motorcycle’s existing OEM downpipes, eliminating the need for complex modifications or specialist tools. Whether you’re preparing for a transcontinental expedition or simply enhancing your weekend warrior, this exhaust system delivers the performance and durability you need.

What’s Included in Your Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts Package

Every Carbon Can Co exhaust system arrives complete with everything required for a professional installation:

  • 1 x Stainless Steel T304 Link Pipe – Precision-manufactured from premium grade T304 stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance and longevity even in the harshest riding conditions
  • 1 x Stainless Steel Exhaust Strap – Heavy-duty mounting hardware engineered to secure your exhaust system firmly in place
  • 1 x Exhaust Strap Rubber – High-quality rubber mounting component that absorbs vibration and provides secure, flexible mounting

The choice of T304 stainless steel is deliberate and significant. This marine-grade material offers exceptional resistance to rust, corrosion and discolouration, making it ideal for riders who venture off the beaten track where exposure to water, mud and salt becomes inevitable. Unlike mild steel alternatives that deteriorate rapidly, T304 stainless maintains its structural integrity and appearance for years to come.

Engineering Excellence in Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

Carbon Can Co Ltd has built its reputation on manufacturing exhaust systems that deliver tangible performance improvements without compromising reliability. Our honda performance superbike exhausts undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet exacting standards for fitment, performance and durability. The link pipe design has been carefully calculated to optimise exhaust gas flow whilst maintaining appropriate back pressure for the Africa Twin’s V-twin engine configuration.

The direct-fit design means this exhaust system mounts straight to your standard OEM downpipes without requiring cutting, welding or permanent modifications to your motorcycle. This approach offers several advantages: it preserves your original equipment should you ever wish to return to stock configuration, simplifies installation considerably, and ensures precise fitment every time. The factory downpipes remain in place, with our link pipe and silencer replacing only the rear section of the exhaust system.

Installation typically takes under an hour for a mechanically competent owner, though professional fitting is always recommended if you’re uncertain. The included mounting hardware ensures a secure, rattle-free installation that will withstand the rigours of both on-road and off-road riding. For additional Honda exhaust options, explore our range including the HONDA CBR1000RR FIREBLADE 2004-2005 system, demonstrating our expertise across Honda’s diverse model range.

Benefits of Upgrading Your Africa Twin Exhaust System

Replacing your standard exhaust with our honda performance superbike exhausts delivers multiple benefits that enhance your riding experience:

  • Weight Reduction – Aftermarket exhausts typically offer significant weight savings over OEM systems, improving handling and reducing unsprung mass
  • Enhanced Sound – Experience a deeper, more engaging exhaust note that reflects the Africa Twin’s adventurous character without being antisocially loud
  • Improved Aesthetics – The polished stainless steel finish adds visual appeal and modernises your motorcycle’s appearance
  • Better Performance – Optimised gas flow can contribute to modest improvements in throttle response and overall engine performance
  • Increased Durability – Premium T304 stainless steel construction outlasts original equipment, especially in challenging environmental conditions

The Honda XRV750 Africa Twin’s 742cc parallel twin engine responds particularly well to exhaust modifications. The improved flow characteristics allow the engine to breathe more efficiently, which many riders report enhances mid-range torque delivery—exactly where adventure riders need power most when navigating technical terrain or overtaking on challenging roads.
