When searching for premium honda performance superbike exhausts, riders of the legendary CBR900RR Fireblade from the 1992-1995 era demand nothing less than exceptional quality, precise fitment, and a noticeable enhancement in both sound and performance. Our Carbon Can Co Ltd exhaust system for the Honda CBR900RR Fireblade 1992-1995 delivers exactly that, combining race-proven engineering with straightforward installation and remarkable durability.

The CBR900RR Fireblade revolutionised the superbike world when Honda launched it in 1992, bringing a new philosophy of lightweight agility combined with litre-bike power. This iconic machine deserves an exhaust system that complements its racing pedigree whilst maintaining reliability for road and track use. Our exhaust is meticulously designed to fit the CBR900 RR / CBR900RR Fireblade models from 1992 through to 1995, ensuring that owners of these classic machines can upgrade their exhaust system with complete confidence.

Premium Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts: Engineering Excellence

This exhaust system features a robust 3-bolt fitting configuration, which provides superior security and allows for easy removal when maintenance is required. The package includes everything needed for a complete installation: one stainless steel exhaust strap and one exhaust strap rubber. These components work together to ensure your new exhaust remains firmly mounted whilst allowing for the natural expansion and contraction that occurs during heating and cooling cycles.

One of the standout features of our exhaust system is its compatibility with standard OEM downpipes. This means you won’t need to purchase additional components or modify your existing setup – the exhaust is engineered to fit straight onto your factory downpipes, making installation remarkably straightforward. This plug-and-play approach saves time, reduces installation costs, and means you can be enjoying your upgraded exhaust system in no time at all.

The construction quality is where our honda performance superbike exhausts truly shine. Using premium materials and precision manufacturing techniques, each exhaust can is built to withstand the rigours of spirited riding whilst maintaining its appearance over many years of use. The stainless steel components resist corrosion, even in challenging weather conditions, ensuring your investment continues to look and perform brilliantly season after season.

Sound, Performance, and Character: What Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts Deliver

Beyond the practical aspects of fitment and durability, this exhaust transforms the character of your CBR900RR Fireblade. The distinctive sound profile delivers that authentic superbike growl that these machines are famous for, without being overly loud or intrusive. You’ll experience a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note that enhances the riding experience whilst remaining considerate for everyday use and complying with reasonable noise expectations.

Performance gains are another significant benefit. By optimising exhaust gas flow, our system can help liberate additional horsepower that may have been restricted by the heavier, more restrictive standard exhaust. Whilst every motorcycle responds differently depending on its overall state of tune and any other modifications, riders typically report improved throttle response and a willingness to rev more freely throughout the powerband.

Weight reduction is another advantage that shouldn’t be overlooked. The CBR900RR was designed with a focus on keeping mass to a minimum, and by fitting a lighter aftermarket exhaust, you’re respecting Honda’s original design philosophy. Reduced weight at the rear of the motorcycle can improve handling characteristics, making the bike feel more nimble and responsive through corners.

Installation and Compatibility: Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts Made Simple

Installing this exhaust system is well within the capabilities of home mechanics with basic tools and skills. The 3-bolt mounting system is straightforward to work with, and because the exhaust mates directly with your existing OEM downpipes, there’s no need for complex modifications or specialist equipment. We recommend using fresh exhaust paste on the joint to ensure a perfect seal and prevent any potential leaks.

Before beginning installation, ensure your motorcycle is on a level surface with the engine completely cool. Having a rear paddock stand makes the job considerably easier, though it’s not strictly essential. The stainless exhaust strap and rubber mount provided should be inspected before fitting to ensure they’re in perfect condition, and the mounting points on your motorcycle should be checked for any damage or excessive wear.
