When searching for premium honda performance superbike exhausts, riders of the legendary Honda CB900F Hornet 2001-2007 demand nothing but exceptional quality, superior fitment, and that distinctive deep exhaust note that transforms every ride. Our expertly engineered exhaust system delivers all this and more, specifically designed to complement the CB900F Hornet’s aggressive character whilst providing measurable performance gains and weight savings over the restrictive standard system.

Premium Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts for the CB900F Hornet

The Honda CB900F Hornet is a beloved naked sports motorcycle that captured the hearts of enthusiasts throughout its 2001-2007 production run. With its powerful inline-four engine derived from the FireBlade, this machine deserves an exhaust system that matches its sporting pedigree. Our specially developed exhaust system represents the pinnacle of aftermarket engineering, crafted from premium materials and precision-manufactured to ensure perfect fitment every single time.

This comprehensive exhaust package has been designed with the discerning Hornet owner in mind. Each system comes complete with everything needed for a straightforward installation, including two stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipes that maintain optimal exhaust gas flow velocity, two stainless steel exhaust straps for secure mounting, and two exhaust strap rubbers to isolate vibration and prevent rattling. The exhaust is engineered to fit directly to your standard OEM downpipes, eliminating the need for costly modifications or specialist fabrication work.

Why Choose Our Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts?

The difference between a mediocre exhaust system and exceptional honda performance superbike exhausts lies in the details. Our manufacturing process employs CNC mandrel bending technology, which maintains consistent internal diameter throughout every bend in the pipework. This crucial engineering detail ensures smooth, unrestricted exhaust gas flow, reducing back pressure and allowing your CB900F Hornet’s engine to breathe more efficiently. The result is noticeable gains in both throttle response and overall power delivery across the rev range.

We utilise only premium grade 304 stainless steel throughout the construction of our link pipes. This marine-grade material offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, heat discolouration, and the harsh environmental conditions that British weather throws at your motorcycle. Unlike mild steel alternatives that rust within months, our stainless steel components will maintain their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal for years to come, representing genuine long-term value for money.

Installation and Fitment Excellence

One of the most frustrating aspects of aftermarket exhaust systems can be poor fitment, requiring hours of adjustment, modification, or even professional fabrication to achieve satisfactory results. We’ve eliminated this headache entirely. Our exhaust system for the Honda CB900F Hornet 2001-2007 has been extensively tested and refined to ensure absolutely perfect fitment straight from the box. The system bolts directly to your existing OEM downpipes using the standard mounting points, making installation achievable for home mechanics with basic tools and mechanical knowledge.

The included mounting hardware has been carefully selected to withstand the thermal cycling and vibration inherent in motorcycle exhaust systems. The stainless steel exhaust straps provide robust mechanical retention, whilst the specially formulated exhaust strap rubbers absorb vibration and accommodate thermal expansion, preventing stress fractures and maintaining secure fitment throughout the system’s operational life.

Performance Benefits of Upgraded Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

Replacing your restrictive standard exhaust with our performance system delivers tangible benefits that you’ll notice immediately. The reduced back pressure allows the engine to evacuate exhaust gases more efficiently, particularly at higher engine speeds where the standard system becomes a significant restriction. Riders typically report crisper throttle response, improved mid-range power delivery, and a more satisfying top-end rush as the revs climb towards the redline.

Weight reduction represents another significant advantage. Aftermarket exhaust systems are typically considerably lighter than their OEM counterparts, and removing unnecessary mass from your motorcycle improves handling agility, acceleration, and even fuel economy. Every kilogram saved contributes to a more responsive, engaging riding experience that reminds you why you fell in love with motorcycling in the first place.

The acoustic character of your exhaust system profoundly influences the emotional connection you feel with your motorcycle. Our system produces a deep, purposeful exhaust note that perfectly complements the CB900F Hornet’s sporting character without being antisocially loud or attracting unwanted attention from law enforcement. It’s the perfect balance between aggressive performance and responsible road use.

Quality Manufacturing Standards for Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

At Carbon Can Co Ltd, we maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout our manufacturing process. Each component is individually inspected before assembly, and completed systems undergo comprehensive quality checks to ensure they meet our exacting specifications. We understand that our reputation depends entirely on the quality and reliability of the honda performance superbike exhausts we supply, which is why we never compromise on materials, manufacturing processes, or quality assurance.

Our CNC mandrel bending equipment represents a significant investment in manufacturing capability, but it’s an investment that pays dividends in product quality. Mandrel bending prevents the internal diameter restriction and wall distortion that occurs with conventional bending methods, maintaining smooth internal surfaces that optimise exhaust gas flow. This attention to manufacturing detail separates professional-grade exhaust systems from budget alternatives that may look similar but deliver inferior performance.

For riders exploring our wider range of Honda performance upgrades, we also offer exceptional systems for other models including the Honda XRV750 Africa Twin 90′ – 03′, demonstrating our expertise across Honda’s diverse motorcycle range.

Technical Specifications and Compatibility

This exhaust system is specifically engineered for the Honda CB900F Hornet manufactured between 2001 and 2007. The precise compatibility ensures perfect fitment and optimal performance characteristics matched to your motorcycle’s engine specifications. Before ordering, please verify your motorcycle’s year of manufacture to ensure compatibility, as Honda made running changes throughout the production period that may affect exhaust fitment.

The system connects directly to your standard OEM downpipes, which must be in good condition for optimal fitment. If your downpipes show signs of corrosion, damage, or previous modification, we recommend addressing these issues before installing your new exhaust system to ensure the best possible results.

For additional information and to hear the exhaust in action, we’ve produced a comprehensive video demonstration available on our YouTube channel.
