When it comes to upgrading your motorcycle’s performance and sound, few modifications deliver as much satisfaction as fitting premium honda performance superbike exhausts designed specifically for your machine. Carbon Can Co Ltd is proud to present our high-quality exhaust system engineered for the Honda VFR750 FR – FV RC36 1994-1997, a motorcycle that deserves nothing but the finest aftermarket components to complement its legendary V4 engine and sport-touring pedigree.

Premium Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts for the VFR750 RC36

The Honda VFR750 FR – FV RC36 models produced between 1994 and 1997 represent a golden era of sports motorcycling, combining Honda’s signature V4 engine technology with exceptional handling and everyday usability. Our exhaust system has been specifically designed to enhance these characteristics whilst offering significant weight savings over the standard factory exhaust. This system comes complete with a low-level link pipe fitting that maintains the sleek aesthetic of your VFR whilst delivering improved performance characteristics.

Each exhaust package includes one precision-engineered stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe featuring an olive mount style fitting. This construction method ensures consistent internal diameter throughout the entire length of the pipe, which is crucial for maintaining optimal exhaust gas flow and maximising performance gains. The olive mount fitting provides a secure, leak-free connection that can withstand the heat cycles and vibrations typical of high-performance motorcycling. Additionally, you’ll receive one stainless steel exhaust strap and one exhaust strap rubber mount to ensure secure and vibration-free installation.

Why Choose Our Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts?

Our exhaust system is manufactured to fit directly onto your standard OEM downpipes, making installation straightforward for both experienced mechanics and enthusiastic home technicians. This direct fitment approach eliminates the need for expensive custom fabrication work or additional adapters, saving you both time and money. The use of 304-grade stainless steel throughout ensures exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity, even in the harshest weather conditions that British riders frequently encounter.

The mandrel bending process used in manufacturing our honda performance superbike exhausts is critical to achieving superior performance. Unlike crush-bent pipes which can restrict flow, mandrel bending maintains a consistent bore diameter throughout every curve and bend. This results in reduced back pressure, allowing your VFR750’s V4 engine to breathe more efficiently. The result is improved throttle response, particularly in the mid-range where the VFR750 already excels, along with modest power gains throughout the rev range.

Installation and Compatibility of Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

Installing your new exhaust system is a straightforward process that requires only basic mechanical tools and skills. The system bolts directly to your existing OEM downpipes using the supplied olive mount fitting, whilst the exhaust strap and rubber mount secure the rear of the canister. We recommend applying a small amount of high-temperature copper grease to all mounting points before installation to prevent seizing and facilitate future removal. As with any exhaust modification, we suggest checking all mounting points after the first 50 miles of use and periodically thereafter to ensure everything remains secure.

This exhaust system is compatible exclusively with Honda VFR750 FR – FV RC36 models manufactured between 1994 and 1997. If you own a different Honda model, Carbon Can Co Ltd offers an extensive range of applications. For example, our Honda XRV750 Africa Twin 90′ – 03′ exhaust system provides similar quality and performance benefits for adventure bike enthusiasts, whilst riders of smaller displacement machines might be interested in our Honda Monkey 125cc Performance Road-Legal/Race Exhaust Muffler & System.

Benefits Beyond Performance

Whilst performance improvements are a primary consideration when upgrading to aftermarket honda performance superbike exhausts, there are numerous additional benefits to consider. Weight reduction is significant compared to the original factory exhaust system, with savings that can be measured in kilograms rather than grams. This reduction in unsprung and overall weight improves handling characteristics, particularly during rapid direction changes and hard braking where the VFR750 already demonstrates impressive capability.

The acoustic experience is transformed as well. The standard VFR750 exhaust is functional but somewhat muted, particularly by modern standards. Our exhaust system allows the distinctive V4 engine note to be heard more clearly, producing a deep, purposeful soundtrack that enhances the riding experience without becoming intrusive or antisocial. The sound characteristics remain within acceptable limits for road use whilst providing the sporty exhaust note that enthusiasts desire.

Quality Manufacturing and Materials

At Carbon Can Co Ltd, we understand that exhaust systems must withstand extreme conditions. The combination of high temperatures, moisture, road salt, and constant vibration presents significant challenges for any component. That’s why we exclusively use 304-grade stainless steel for our link pipes and mounting hardware. This austenitic stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance properties and maintains its structural integrity even when subjected to the heat cycles typical of motorcycle exhaust systems.

The CNC mandrel bending process we employ represents the pinnacle of exhaust fabrication technology. Computer numerical control ensures that every bend is identical, maintaining consistent quality across every unit we produce. This precision manufacturing approach, combined with our rigorous quality control procedures, ensures that when you purchase our exhaust system, you’re investing in a component that will deliver reliable service for many thousands of miles.
