Premium Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts: Complete System Overview

This comprehensive exhaust package for the Honda CB500 includes everything required for a straightforward installation. Each system comes complete with one precision-engineered stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, one robust stainless steel exhaust strap, and one high-quality exhaust strap rubber mounting. The mandrel bending process ensures smooth internal surfaces throughout the link pipe, promoting optimal exhaust gas flow and reducing turbulence that can rob your engine of precious horsepower.

The exhaust system has been meticulously manufactured to fit directly onto the standard OEM downpipes of your Honda CB500, eliminating the need for additional modifications or custom fabrication work. This plug-and-play approach means you can enjoy the benefits of upgraded honda performance superbike exhausts without the hassle of complex installation procedures or expensive workshop fees.

Why Choose Carbon Can Co Ltd Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts?

Carbon Can Co Ltd has established itself as a trusted manufacturer of premium motorcycle exhaust systems throughout the United Kingdom and beyond. The Honda CB500 exhaust system exemplifies the company’s commitment to quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. Using only premium grade 304 stainless steel construction, these exhausts resist corrosion and maintain their lustrous appearance even after years of exposure to the elements.

The choice of 304-grade stainless steel is particularly significant for British riders who frequently encounter wet and challenging riding conditions. This superior alloy offers exceptional resistance to rust and corrosion whilst maintaining structural integrity under thermal stress. Unlike cheaper alternatives that may discolour, crack, or corrode within months, Carbon Can Co’s stainless steel construction ensures your investment delivers lasting value.

Performance Benefits and Sound Enhancement

Beyond the aesthetic improvements, these honda performance superbike exhausts deliver tangible performance enhancements. The mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent internal diameter throughout the link pipe, allowing exhaust gases to exit more efficiently than standard systems. This improved flow can contribute to modest power gains, particularly in the mid-range where the CB500 engine naturally excels.

The sound produced by this exhaust system strikes an ideal balance between sporty aggression and civilised road manners. You’ll enjoy a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note that enhances the riding experience without becoming antisocial or drawing unwanted attention from enforcement authorities. The YouTube demonstration video provides an excellent preview of the exhaust note, allowing you to hear the system in action before making your purchase decision.

Installation and Compatibility for Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

Installation of this Honda CB500 exhaust system is refreshingly straightforward, even for riders with modest mechanical experience. The system bolts directly to your existing OEM downpipes, utilising the supplied stainless steel exhaust strap and rubber mounting for secure attachment. The precision manufacturing ensures accurate fitment without the need for forcing components or making adjustments.

For those seeking additional performance upgrades for other Honda models, Carbon Can Co offers an extensive range including the Honda XRV750 Africa Twin 90′ – 03′ exhaust system, demonstrating the company’s commitment to serving the broader Honda motorcycling community. Whether you ride a classic CB500, an adventure-oriented Africa Twin, or even a modern Honda NC750 X 2021 model, Carbon Can Co provides tailored solutions.

Quality Assurance and British Manufacturing Excellence

Each exhaust system undergoes rigorous quality control procedures before dispatch, ensuring you receive a product that meets exacting standards. The CNC mandrel bending process employed in manufacture represents significant investment in precision equipment, delivering consistent results that hand-bent alternatives simply cannot match. This attention to detail ensures optimal performance and perfect fitment every time.

Clearly marked with type approval markings “Not for Road Use” etched into the side, these exhausts are specifically designed for racing applications.
