When you’re searching for premium triumph performance superbike exhausts to transform your Triumph Street Triple 675 (2008-2013), Carbon Can Co Ltd delivers a meticulously engineered solution that combines exceptional build quality with aggressive sound and enhanced performance. Our exhaust system has been specifically designed for the iconic Street Triple 675 model range, offering riders a comprehensive upgrade that fits seamlessly with the OEM downpipes whilst delivering a noticeable improvement in both aesthetics and riding experience.

Premium Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts for Street Triple 675

The Triumph Street Triple 675 earned its reputation as one of the most engaging middleweight nakeds on the market, and our exhaust system is designed to amplify everything that makes this motorcycle exceptional. This complete kit includes everything you need for a professional installation: two CNC mandrel-bent link pipes crafted from premium 304-grade stainless steel, two stainless exhaust straps, and two exhaust strap rubbers. Each component has been precision-manufactured to ensure perfect fitment and long-lasting durability, even in the harshest riding conditions.

The mandrel-bent construction of our link pipes is particularly significant for performance enthusiasts. Unlike crush-bent alternatives, mandrel bending maintains a consistent internal diameter throughout the pipe’s entire length, ensuring smooth exhaust gas flow without restrictions or turbulence. This manufacturing technique is essential for maximising the performance potential of your Street Triple’s characterful three-cylinder engine, allowing it to breathe more freely and deliver power more efficiently across the entire rev range.

Why Choose Our Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts

Our exhaust system for the 2008-2013 Street Triple 675 represents the culmination of extensive research, development, and real-world testing. We understand that riders demand more than just noise—they want tangible improvements in performance, weight reduction, and visual appeal. The 304-grade stainless steel construction offers superior corrosion resistance compared to mild steel alternatives, ensuring your investment maintains its lustrous appearance for years to come. This grade of stainless steel is specifically chosen for its excellent weldability, strength, and resistance to high-temperature oxidation.

Installation has been made deliberately straightforward, with our system designed to fit directly to the standard OEM downpipes without requiring any modifications to your motorcycle. This bolt-on fitment means you can complete the installation in your own garage with basic tools, saving on professional fitting costs whilst maintaining the option to return to stock configuration if required. The included stainless exhaust straps and high-quality rubber mounting components ensure secure, vibration-resistant mounting that will maintain correct alignment and prevent unwanted movement during spirited riding.

Sound and Performance Characteristics of Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts

The acoustic signature of our exhaust system has been carefully tuned to complement the Street Triple’s unique three-cylinder character. You’ll experience a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note that emphasises the bike’s sporting credentials without becoming antisocially loud or droning at motorway speeds. The increased exhaust flow typically results in modest power gains, particularly in the mid-range where the Street Triple already excels, giving you even more accessible performance for overtaking and spirited riding on your favourite roads.

Weight reduction is another significant benefit of upgrading to our performance exhaust system. By replacing the restrictive standard components with our streamlined design, you’ll reduce unsprung weight and improve the overall power-to-weight ratio of your motorcycle. This translates to sharper handling characteristics, quicker direction changes, and a more responsive feel throughout the riding experience. For track day enthusiasts and canyon carvers alike, these improvements are immediately noticeable and genuinely enhance the riding experience.

If you’re exploring exhaust options for other Triumph models in your collection, we also offer premium systems for the Triumph Speed Triple 955i 2000 – 2004 and the Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer, each engineered with the same attention to detail and quality standards.

Technical Specifications and Fitment Details

This exhaust system is manufactured exclusively for the Triumph Street Triple 675 models produced between 2008 and 2013. The comprehensive kit includes two precision-engineered CNC mandrel-bent link pipes fabricated from 304-grade stainless steel, chosen for its optimal balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal. The package also contains two stainless steel exhaust mounting straps and two high-quality rubber mounting bushes designed to isolate vibration whilst maintaining secure positioning under all riding conditions.

The direct bolt-on fitment to standard OEM downpipes means no cutting, welding, or permanent modifications are required. This plug-and-play approach respects the integrity of your motorcycle whilst delivering significant performance and aesthetic improvements. For riders concerned about technical specifications and installation procedures, reputable resources such as Motorcycle News regularly feature exhaust upgrade guides and technical advice that can provide additional context for your modification project.

Installation and Maintenance of Your Performance Exhaust

Installing your new triumph performance superbike exhausts is a straightforward process that most competent home mechanics can complete in an afternoon. Begin by supporting your motorcycle securely on a paddock stand and allowing the existing exhaust system to cool completely. Remove the standard exhaust components by loosening the mounting hardware and carefully sliding the exhaust away from the downpipes. Clean the connection points thoroughly to ensure a proper seal with your new system.

When fitting the new link pipes, apply a small amount of high-temperature copper grease to the connection points to facilitate future removal and prevent seizure. Install the exhaust strap rubbers onto the mounting points, then position the link pipes and secure them with the supplied stainless steel straps. Tighten all fasteners to the manufacturer’s recommended torque specifications, checking that the exhaust sits correctly with adequate clearance from bodywork, swingarm, and other components. After your first ride, re-check all mounting hardware to ensure everything remains secure as the system settles into place.

Maintenance of your stainless steel exhaust system is minimal but important for preserving its appearance and performance. Regular cleaning with motorcycle-specific cleaning products will prevent the build-up of road grime and maintain the polished finish. Periodically inspect all mounting points and fasteners to ensure everything remains secure, particularly after the first few hundred miles of use. The 304-grade stainless steel construction is highly resistant to corrosion, but prompt cleaning after exposure to road salt during winter months will help maintain the pristine appearance of your investment.
