Premium Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts: Engineering Excellence

This meticulously engineered exhaust system has been purpose-built for the Triumph Speed Four 2003-2006, ensuring a perfect fit every single time. The exhaust features a professional 3-bolt fitting system that guarantees secure installation and optimal exhaust gas flow. Unlike generic aftermarket systems that require extensive modification, this exhaust is manufactured to fit straight onto your standard OEM downpipes, eliminating the need for expensive custom fabrication work or time-consuming adjustments during installation.

Each system includes one stainless steel exhaust strap and one exhaust strap rubber, providing everything you need for a complete, secure mounting solution. The stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion, even in challenging British weather conditions. Whether you’re commuting through rain-soaked city streets or enjoying spirited rides through the countryside, this exhaust system will maintain its structural integrity and stunning appearance year after year.

Transform Your Speed Four with High-Performance Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts

The Triumph Speed Four, produced between 2003 and 2006, was Triumph’s answer to riders seeking a more accessible, upright alternative to the legendary Daytona sportsbike. Powered by the characterful 599cc inline-four engine derived from the Daytona 600, the Speed Four offered spirited performance in a naked streetfighter package. However, like many motorcycles restricted by increasingly stringent emissions regulations, the standard exhaust system sacrifices potential performance for compliance.

Upgrading to this performance exhaust unlocks the true character of your Speed Four’s engine. By optimising exhaust gas flow and reducing back pressure, this system allows your engine to breathe more freely, resulting in improved throttle response throughout the rev range. Riders consistently report noticeable gains in mid-range punch and top-end power, making overtaking manoeuvres safer and more confident. The enhanced exhaust note transforms the riding experience, replacing the muted stock sound with a deep, purposeful tone that announces your presence with authority whilst remaining road-legal and neighbourly.

Key Benefits of Upgrading Your Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts

  • Reduced Weight: Aftermarket performance exhausts typically offer significant weight savings over standard OEM systems, improving power-to-weight ratio and handling characteristics
  • Enhanced Performance: Optimised exhaust flow reduces restrictive back pressure, unlocking hidden horsepower and torque across the rev range
  • Superior Build Quality: High-grade stainless steel construction ensures longevity and corrosion resistance far exceeding standard mild steel systems
  • Improved Aesthetics: A premium exhaust transforms the visual appeal of your Speed Four, giving it a more purposeful, race-inspired appearance
  • Perfect Fitment: Designed specifically for the Speed Four 2003-2006, eliminating fitment issues common with universal systems
  • Distinctive Sound: Experience a deeper, more characterful exhaust note that enhances the emotional connection with your motorcycle

For riders exploring other models in the Triumph range, Carbon Can Co Ltd offers equally impressive exhaust solutions. The Triumph Speed Triple 955i 2000 – 2004 exhaust system delivers similar performance enhancements for that legendary naked streetfighter, whilst adventure riders can explore options like the Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer exhaust system for globe-trotting performance.

Installation and Compatibility of Quality Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts

One of the standout features of this exhaust system is its straightforward installation process. The 3-bolt fitting arrangement connects directly to your existing OEM downpipes, meaning you won’t need to replace your entire exhaust system or invest in expensive custom parts. For competent home mechanics with basic tools and reasonable mechanical aptitude, installation can typically be completed within an hour or two. However, if you prefer professional installation, any reputable motorcycle workshop will be familiar with this type of fitment and should complete the job efficiently.

The included stainless steel exhaust strap and exhaust strap rubber provide secure, vibration-dampening mounting that protects both the exhaust and your motorcycle’s bodywork from damage. These components are specifically selected to withstand the thermal cycling and vibration inherent in motorcycle exhaust systems, ensuring reliable long-term performance without loosening or degradation.

Before installation, we recommend inspecting your existing downpipes for signs of damage, corrosion, or wear. Whilst this exhaust is designed to fit standard OEM downpipes, severely corroded or damaged pipes may affect fitment and should be replaced.
