Transform your ride with our premium kawasaki performance superbike exhausts, specifically engineered for the Kawasaki Z750 2007-2015 model. This exceptional exhaust system delivers the perfect combination of enhanced performance, aggressive sound, and outstanding build quality that Kawasaki enthusiasts demand. Designed and manufactured in the UK by Carbon Can Co Ltd, this exhaust represents years of research and development in motorcycle performance engineering, ensuring your Z750 performs at its absolute best whilst turning heads wherever you ride.

The Kawasaki Z750, produced between 2007 and 2015, remains one of the most popular middleweight naked bikes ever created. Its 748cc inline-four engine produces impressive power and torque, but the restrictive standard exhaust system holds back its true potential. By upgrading to our performance exhaust system, you’ll unlock hidden horsepower, reduce weight, and enjoy a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note that truly reflects the character of this outstanding motorcycle.

Premium Quality Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts Engineering

Our exhaust system for the Z750 is manufactured from premium-grade stainless steel 304, chosen specifically for its exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand the extreme temperatures generated by high-performance motorcycle engines. Unlike cheaper alternatives that may rust or discolour after limited use, our stainless steel construction ensures your exhaust maintains its lustrous appearance for years to come, even when subjected to British weather conditions and regular riding.

The link pipe is precision CNC mandrel bent, a manufacturing process that maintains consistent internal diameter throughout all bends. This is crucial for optimising exhaust gas flow, as conventional bending methods can create restrictions that impede performance. The smooth, unrestricted flow path allows exhaust gases to exit more efficiently, reducing back pressure and enabling your engine to breathe more freely. This results in measurable improvements in throttle response, particularly in the mid-range power band where the Z750 excels.

Complete Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts Fitting Kit Included

We understand that purchasing performance parts should be straightforward, which is why every exhaust system comes complete with everything you need for installation. Your purchase includes one stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, one stainless steel exhaust strap, and one exhaust strap rubber. These high-quality components ensure secure, vibration-free mounting that will stand the test of time and thousands of miles of spirited riding.

The exhaust system is engineered to fit directly to your standard OEM downpipes, making installation remarkably straightforward. There’s no need for expensive modifications, custom fabrication, or additional parts. Whether you’re an experienced home mechanic or prefer to have your local workshop handle the installation, the process is simple and can typically be completed within an hour. The precision engineering ensures perfect fitment every time, with no gaps, misalignment, or frustrating adjustments required.

Performance Benefits of Upgrading Your Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts

Installing our performance exhaust system delivers multiple tangible benefits that enhance your riding experience. Firstly, weight reduction is significant compared to the original equipment. Removing restrictive stock components and replacing them with our lightweight stainless steel system reduces unsprung mass, improving handling characteristics and making the bike feel more agile through corners. Every kilogram saved contributes to better acceleration, braking performance, and overall manoeuvrability.

Performance gains are immediately noticeable, particularly in throttle response and mid-range power delivery. The improved exhaust flow allows the engine to expel spent gases more efficiently, creating space for fresh fuel-air mixture to enter the combustion chamber. This optimisation of the breathing cycle results in crisper acceleration and stronger pull throughout the rev range. Riders consistently report more satisfying power delivery, especially when accelerating hard from 4,000 to 8,000 rpm where the Z750’s engine really comes alive.

The acoustic improvement is equally impressive. Our exhaust produces a deep, purposeful note that communicates the performance character of your machine without being antisocially loud. The tone is refined yet aggressive, perfectly complementing the inline-four engine’s natural characteristics. Whether you’re cruising through town or opening the throttle on your favourite B-road, the enhanced soundtrack makes every journey more engaging and enjoyable.

Technical Specifications and Compatibility

This exhaust system is specifically designed for Kawasaki Z750 models manufactured between 2007 and 2015. Please verify your motorcycle’s year before ordering to ensure correct fitment. The system connects directly to standard OEM downpipes and requires no modifications to your motorcycle’s existing exhaust manifold or mounting points.

The stainless steel 304 construction offers superior corrosion resistance compared to mild steel alternatives, maintaining its appearance even after extended exposure to moisture, salt, and road chemicals. This grade of stainless steel is non-magnetic, highly resistant to oxidation, and capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures exceeding 800 degrees Celsius without degradation or discolouration.
