Carbon Can Co Ltd has meticulously designed this exceptional exhaust system to deliver outstanding performance, aggressive sound enhancement, and flawless fitment for one of Kawasaki’s most exciting supernaked motorcycles. Our commitment to precision engineering ensures that every component works in perfect harmony with your supercharged beast, unlocking its true potential whilst maintaining reliability and build quality.

Premium Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts Engineering

The Kawasaki Z H2 Supernaked represents the pinnacle of street-legal supercharged performance, and it deserves an exhaust system that matches its engineering excellence. Our kawasaki performance superbike exhausts are crafted from high-grade stainless steel 304, chosen specifically for its exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand extreme temperatures. The CNC mandrel bent link pipe ensures smooth, unrestricted gas flow throughout the entire system, maximising both performance gains and that distinctive exhaust note that turns heads wherever you ride.

Every aspect of this exhaust system has been carefully considered during the design phase. We’ve engineered the link pipe to exhaust connector to be as short as possible, which serves a crucial purpose: positioning the mounting strap as far up the inlet end of the silencer as feasible. This intelligent design ensures a secure, balanced grip on the silencer, preventing any unwanted movement or vibration even during aggressive riding. The result is a rock-solid installation that inspires confidence whether you’re carving through canyon roads or unleashing the supercharged power on track days.

Complete Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts Fitting Kit

Understanding that a premium exhaust system requires equally premium mounting hardware, we supply everything you need for a professional installation. Each kawasaki performance superbike exhausts package includes one precision-manufactured stainless 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, one robust stainless exhaust strap, one high-quality exhaust strap rubber for vibration dampening, and two heavy-duty springs with hooks for secure attachment. This comprehensive fitting kit eliminates the frustration of sourcing additional components and ensures perfect compatibility with your Z H2 Supernaked.

The exhaust system is designed to fit straight onto the standard OEM downpipes, making installation remarkably straightforward for both professional mechanics and experienced home enthusiasts. There’s no need for cutting, welding, or fabrication – simply remove your existing exhaust component and bolt on this performance upgrade. This direct-fit approach not only saves time and installation costs but also means the system can be easily removed and refitted should you need to return the motorcycle to standard specification.

Why Choose Our Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts

When selecting aftermarket components for a machine as sophisticated as the Kawasaki Z H2 Supernaked, quality cannot be compromised. Our manufacturing process utilises CNC mandrel bending technology, which maintains consistent internal diameter throughout every bend in the link pipe. This is crucial because it prevents any restriction to exhaust gas flow, ensuring that the supercharged engine can breathe freely and deliver maximum power across the entire rev range.

The stainless steel 304 construction offers significant advantages over mild steel alternatives. It provides superior resistance to the extreme heat cycles experienced by exhaust systems, won’t rust or corrode even in harsh weather conditions, and maintains its appearance for years with minimal maintenance. The polished finish complements the Z H2’s aggressive styling whilst being easy to clean and maintain. For riders seeking similar quality for other models in the Kawasaki range, we also offer premium exhaust systems for the Kawasaki ZX-4RR 2024, demonstrating our expertise across multiple platforms.

Performance Benefits and Sound Enhancement

Installing kawasaki performance superbike exhausts delivers tangible benefits beyond aesthetics. The optimised gas flow characteristics reduce back pressure, allowing the supercharged 998cc inline-four engine to expel exhaust gases more efficiently. This can result in modest power gains, improved throttle response, and a sharper engine character that makes the already exhilarating Z H2 even more engaging to ride.

Equally important to many riders is the acoustic transformation. The standard exhaust system, whilst perfectly functional, muffles much of the engine’s character due to strict noise regulations. Our performance exhaust releases a deeper, more purposeful tone that announces your presence without being antisocially loud. The sound perfectly complements the mechanical whine of the supercharger, creating an addictive symphony that makes every ride memorable. You can experience this transformation yourself by watching our demonstration video, which showcases the exhaust note under various riding conditions.

For those interested in exploring exhaust options for other Kawasaki models, our Kawasaki Z400 ABS 2021 exhaust system demonstrates the same commitment to quality across different displacement categories. Whether you ride a compact naked bike or a supercharged supernaked, Carbon Can Co Ltd delivers consistent excellence.

Installation Considerations for Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts

Whilst the direct-fit nature of this exhaust system simplifies installation considerably, there are several important considerations to ensure optimal results. Always allow the motorcycle to cool completely before beginning work, as exhaust components retain heat for extended periods. The spring hooks should be fitted carefully to avoid damage to the mounting points, and we recommend applying a small amount of copper grease to all connection points to facilitate future removal and prevent seizing.

After installation, it’s essential to check all connections for security before starting the engine. Run the motorcycle at idle initially and inspect for any exhaust leaks, which would be evident through noise or visible gases escaping from joints. A brief test ride followed by a recheck of all fasteners is recommended, as thermal expansion can sometimes cause slight movement in newly fitted components. Following these simple steps ensures a perfect, leak-free installation that will provide years of reliable service.

Frequently Asked Questions About Kawasaki Performance Superbike Exhausts

Will this exhaust fit my Kawasaki Z H2 SE model?
Yes, this exhaust system is compatible with all Kawasaki Z H2 Supernaked variants from 2020 onwards, including the SE specification. The mounting points and downpipe configuration remain consistent across the range.

Do I need to remap my ECU after fitting this exhaust?
Whilst the Z H2’s sophisticated fuel injection system can adapt to moderate exhaust changes, a professional ECU remap or aftermarket fuel controller will optimise performance and ensure the air-fuel ratio remains correct throughout the rev range, particularly important on a supercharged engine.

How much weight does this system save compared to the standard exhaust?
Aftermarket exhaust systems typically offer weight savings, though the exact figure depends on which section of the standard system is replaced. Any weight reduction, particularly from the rear of the motorcycle, contributes to improved handling agility.

Is this exhaust road legal in the UK?
Exhaust legality depends on noise output and emissions compliance. We recommend checking local regulations and considering that modifications may affect your insurance coverage. Always inform your insurance provider of any modifications to your motorcycle.
