When searching for premium honda performance superbike exhausts, riders of the iconic Honda X-11 CB1100SF demand nothing less than exceptional quality, precise fitment, and a soundtrack that matches the legendary power of this remarkable machine. Carbon Can Co Ltd presents a meticulously engineered exhaust system specifically designed for the Honda X-11 1999-2003 models, delivering the perfect combination of performance enhancement, weight reduction, and that distinctive deep exhaust note that superbike enthusiasts crave.

Premium Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts for the X-11 CB1100SF

The Honda X-11 CB1100SF represents one of the most formidable naked superbikes ever produced by Honda, featuring a detuned CBR1100XX Super Blackbird engine that delivers blistering performance with everyday usability. To complement this engineering excellence, our exhaust system has been specifically developed to maximise the potential of your motorcycle whilst maintaining complete compatibility with the standard factory downpipes. This direct bolt-on fitment means you can transform your X-11’s character without requiring expensive custom fabrication or modification work.

Each exhaust system arrives complete with everything required for a professional installation. You receive two precision-manufactured stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipes that ensure smooth exhaust gas flow without restrictive kinks or compression points that plague inferior systems. The mandrel bending process maintains consistent internal diameter throughout each curve, optimising exhaust scavenging and helping your engine breathe more efficiently across the entire rev range.

Complete Fitting Kit Included with Your Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

Understanding that riders need a complete solution rather than just the silencers themselves, every system includes two high-quality stainless exhaust straps and two durable exhaust strap rubbers. These essential mounting components ensure your new exhausts remain securely positioned whilst isolating vibration to prevent metal fatigue and maintain that perfect alignment over thousands of miles. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion from road salt, moisture and exhaust heat, ensuring your investment maintains its appearance and structural integrity season after season.

Installation is remarkably straightforward thanks to the engineered fitment designed to mate directly with your standard OEM downpipes. This plug-and-play approach means competent home mechanics can complete the installation in their own garage with basic tools, though professional fitting is always recommended for those who prefer the peace of mind that comes with expert installation. The precision tolerances mean alignment issues are eliminated, and the mounting points correspond exactly with the factory locations on your X-11 frame.

Why Choose Carbon Can Co Ltd Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

Carbon Can Co Ltd has established a reputation for manufacturing exhausts that deliver genuine performance benefits rather than simply cosmetic enhancements. Our systems are developed through extensive testing and refinement, ensuring they complement the specific characteristics of each motorcycle model. For the Honda X-11, this means an exhaust that acknowledges the bike’s dual nature as both a brutal performance machine and a surprisingly practical everyday superbike.

The weight savings compared to the hefty factory exhaust system are immediately noticeable, improving handling agility and reducing unsprung mass. Riders consistently report sharper throttle response, particularly in the mid-range where the X-11 already excels, with the improved exhaust flow allowing the 1137cc inline-four engine to develop power more freely. The acoustic improvement is equally impressive – replacing the muted factory tone with a purposeful growl that announces your presence without becoming antisocially loud during normal riding.

Our commitment to quality extends beyond the exhaust cans themselves. We’ve engineered every component to withstand the demanding conditions that performance motorcycles encounter, from spirited weekend rides through to extended continental touring. The stainless steel construction won’t discolour or deteriorate like mild steel alternatives, maintaining its lustrous appearance with minimal maintenance beyond occasional cleaning.

Maximising Performance from Your Honda X-11 Superbike Exhausts

Whilst our exhaust system delivers improvements in standard form, riders seeking maximum performance may wish to consider professional dyno tuning following installation. As with any exhaust modification, altering the exhaust gas flow characteristics can affect fuelling requirements, and a custom fuel map developed on a rolling road dynamometer ensures your X-11 runs optimally with its new exhaust system. According to Motorcycle.com, the Honda X-11 was designed as a streetfighter before the term became mainstream, and extracting its full potential requires attention to detail across all performance systems.

For riders exploring our complete range of motorcycle exhaust solutions, Carbon Can Co Ltd offers systems across Honda’s diverse lineup. Whether you’re interested in our Honda XRV750 Africa Twin 90′ – 03′ exhausts or exploring options for smaller displacement machines like the Honda Monkey 125cc Performance Road-Legal/Race Exhaust Muffler & System, our engineering philosophy remains consistent: delivering measurable improvements in performance, weight, and sound quality.
