When it comes to upgrading your motorcycle’s sound, performance, and aesthetics, few modifications match the impact of high-quality bmw performance superbike exhausts, and our exhaust system for the BMW S1000RR 2015-2016 delivers on all fronts. Designed and manufactured by Carbon Can Co Ltd using premium materials and precision engineering, this exhaust system transforms your legendary superbike into an even more exhilarating machine. Whether you’re carving through canyon roads, dominating track days, or simply enjoying spirited weekend rides, the right exhaust system makes all the difference in how your BMW S1000RR performs and sounds.

Premium BMW Performance Superbike Exhausts for the S1000RR

The BMW S1000RR has earned its reputation as one of the most formidable superbikes ever produced, combining cutting-edge technology with raw power and precision handling. To complement this exceptional machine, our exhaust system is engineered specifically for the 2015-2016 model years, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance gains. This comprehensive exhaust package includes everything you need for a straightforward installation: one stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, one stainless steel exhaust strap, and one exhaust strap rubber. Each component has been carefully selected and manufactured to meet the exacting standards that BMW riders demand.

The mandrel bent link pipe is crafted from premium grade 304 stainless steel, a material choice that offers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and heat management. Unlike crush-bent pipes that can restrict exhaust flow and create turbulence, our CNC mandrel bent design maintains consistent internal diameter throughout all bends, ensuring smooth, unrestricted gas flow. This manufacturing precision translates directly into improved throttle response, enhanced power delivery across the rev range, and that unmistakable deep, aggressive exhaust note that turns heads wherever you ride.

Simple Installation with OEM Compatibility

One of the standout features of our bmw performance superbike exhausts is the straightforward fitment process. This exhaust system is engineered to fit straight to the standard OEM downpipes without requiring any modifications, cutting, or additional fabrication work. For riders who prefer to tackle installation themselves, this means a relatively quick weekend project with basic tools. For those who prefer professional installation, any competent motorcycle workshop will find the process straightforward and hassle-free. The included stainless steel exhaust strap and rubber mount ensure secure, vibration-free mounting that will stand up to spirited riding and track use.

The compatibility with OEM downpipes also means you can upgrade your exhaust system without committing to a full system replacement, making this an excellent entry point into performance exhaust modifications. Should you later decide to upgrade your entire exhaust system, you’ll already have experience with aftermarket components and a clear understanding of the performance benefits they deliver. Many BMW enthusiasts start with slip-on systems before progressing to full racing exhausts, and this approach allows you to spread the investment over time whilst still enjoying immediate improvements.

Performance Benefits of Quality BMW Performance Superbike Exhausts

Upgrading to our exhaust system delivers multiple tangible benefits that enhance your riding experience. First and foremost is weight reduction – aftermarket exhaust systems typically weigh considerably less than the standard OEM units, which were designed with noise regulations and cost constraints in mind. Reducing weight, especially at the rear of the motorcycle, improves handling characteristics, makes the bike more flickable through corners, and enhances overall agility. Every kilogram removed is a kilogram that doesn’t need to be accelerated, braked, or maneuvered through turns.

Beyond weight savings, the improved exhaust flow characteristics deliver noticeable performance gains. With less restriction in the exhaust path, your BMW S1000RR’s potent inline-four engine can breathe more freely, resulting in improved power output and sharper throttle response. The difference is particularly noticeable in the mid-range, where most real-world riding and overtaking occurs. Many riders also report that the engine feels more willing to rev, with a smoother power delivery that makes the bike more enjoyable to ride at all speeds.

The acoustic improvement cannot be overstated. The standard BMW exhaust is heavily muffled to meet strict European noise regulations, which can leave the bike sounding somewhat muted despite its impressive performance. Our exhaust system unleashes a deeper, more purposeful note that better reflects the S1000RR’s racing pedigree. You’ll hear the distinctive growl of the inline-four engine, with each gear change and throttle blip delivering an auditory reward that enhances the emotional connection between rider and machine. Why Choose Carbon Can Co Ltd for BMW Performance Superbike Exhausts

At Carbon Can Co Ltd, we specialise in manufacturing high-quality motorcycle exhaust systems that combine performance, durability, and value. Our team understands that BMW riders demand excellence, which is why every exhaust system undergoes rigorous quality control before dispatch. The use of 304 stainless steel throughout ensures that your exhaust will maintain its appearance and performance characteristics for years to come, resisting the corrosion and discolouration that can plague inferior materials.

Our expertise extends across the BMW range, and we produce bmw performance superbike exhausts for various models including the BMW F800GT 2013-2020 and the BMW R1200RT 2014-2018, ensuring that riders across the BMW lineup can benefit from our engineering and craftsmanship. Each model-specific exhaust is designed with the unique characteristics of that particular motorcycle in mind, ensuring optimal fitment and performance.

Technical Specifications and Construction Quality

The technical specifications of our exhaust system reflect our commitment to quality and performance. The 304 stainless steel construction offers an excellent balance of strength, weight, and corrosion resistance. This austenitic stainless steel grade contains chromium and nickel, providing superior resistance to oxidation and staining compared to lower grades. The CNC mandrel bending process ensures that the pipe maintains its circular cross-section throughout all curves, eliminating the flat spots and flow restrictions associated with crush bending.

The exhaust strap system provides secure mounting whilst allowing for the thermal expansion that occurs during operation. The included rubber mount absorbs vibration, preventing the transmission of unwanted resonance to the frame and rider. This attention to detail ensures that your exhaust system remains securely mounted through thousands of miles of riding, from smooth motorways to challenging mountain passes and demanding track sessions.

Maintenance and Long-Term Care

One of the advantages of quality bmw performance superbike exhausts constructed from stainless steel is the minimal maintenance required. Unlike mild steel systems that require frequent cleaning and protection to prevent rust, stainless steel naturally resists corrosion. However, to maintain the polished appearance, we recommend periodic cleaning with appropriate stainless steel cleaner, particularly if you ride in coastal areas where salt spray can accelerate surface staining. A light coating of high-temperature silicone spray on the external surface can help maintain the finish and make future cleaning easier.

After installation, we recommend checking the mounting hardware after the first 50-100 miles to ensure everything has properly settled and remains securely tightened. Thermal cycling during initial use can sometimes cause slight movement in exhaust components, so this simple precaution ensures everything remains properly secured. Beyond this initial check, the robust construction means your exhaust system should provide years of reliable service with minimal attention required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this exhaust system fit my BMW S1000RR?
This exhaust is specifically designed for the BMW S1000RR 2015-2016 model years. It connects directly to the standard OEM downpipes, making installation straightforward. If you have a different model year or have already modified your downpipes, please contact us to confirm compatibility.

Will I need to remap my ECU after installation?
Whilst this slip-on exhaust can be fitted without remapping, many riders choose to have their ECU optimised to take full advantage of the improved exhaust flow. A professional dyno tune or quality aftermarket map can unlock additional performance gains and ensure optimal fuelling across the rev range.

How much weight will I save compared to the standard exhaust?
Weight savings vary depending on the specific OEM exhaust configuration, but riders typically report reductions of several kilograms. This weight reduction at the rear of the motorcycle noticeably improves handling characteristics.

Is the sound level significantly louder than stock?
Yes, the exhaust produces a deeper, more aggressive tone compared to the heavily muffled standard system. However, it remains civilised enough for road use whilst delivering the satisfying soundtrack that enthusiasts desire. We recommend viewing our YouTube demonstration to assess whether the sound level suits your preferences.
