When searching for premium triumph performance superbike exhausts, riders of the Triumph Sprint 1050 GT demand exceptional quality, precise fitment, and enhanced performance. Carbon Can Co Ltd delivers exactly that with this expertly engineered exhaust system designed specifically for the Triumph Sprint 1050 GT models from 2011 to 2020. This exhaust system represents the pinnacle of British motorcycle engineering, combining cutting-edge materials with time-tested manufacturing techniques to deliver a product that not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Why Choose Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts for Your Sprint 1050 GT

The Triumph Sprint 1050 GT is a magnificent sport touring machine that deserves an exhaust system engineered to the same exacting standards. Our exhaust system transforms your riding experience by improving throttle response, reducing overall weight, and producing a deep, refined exhaust note that announces your presence without being intrusive. Whether you’re carving through twisty B-roads or embarking on continental tours, this exhaust system enhances every aspect of your journey.

Each system comes complete with everything required for a straightforward installation. You receive one precision-manufactured stainless 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, one durable stainless exhaust strap, and one high-quality exhaust strap rubber. The link pipe is crafted using mandrel bending technology, which ensures consistent internal diameter throughout every bend, maintaining optimal exhaust gas flow and maximising performance gains. This attention to detail separates professional-grade exhausts from inferior alternatives.

Premium Materials and Manufacturing Excellence in Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts

We utilise 304-grade stainless steel throughout our exhaust systems, a material choice that guarantees longevity and resistance to the harsh conditions British weather can throw at your motorcycle. Unlike mild steel alternatives that rust and deteriorate within seasons, stainless steel maintains its structural integrity and appearance for years. The CNC mandrel bending process we employ ensures that every curve and angle is mathematically precise, eliminating restrictions that can rob your engine of power.

This exhaust system is engineered to fit straight onto your standard OEM downpipes, eliminating the need for expensive modifications or custom fabrication work. The bolt-on design means that competent home mechanics can complete the installation in their own garage, though professional fitting is always recommended if you’re not confident working with exhaust systems. The supplied stainless exhaust strap and rubber mount ensure vibration-free, secure mounting that withstands the rigours of sport touring.

Technical Specifications and Fitment Details

Compatibility is paramount when selecting aftermarket motorcycle components. This exhaust system is specifically designed for Triumph Sprint 1050 GT motorcycles manufactured between 2011 and 2020. The precision engineering ensures that mounting points align perfectly with factory locations, and the link pipe interfaces seamlessly with your existing downpipes. Before purchasing, always verify your motorcycle’s year and model designation to ensure perfect compatibility.

The mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent internal bore diameter, which is crucial for maintaining exhaust gas velocity throughout the system. Conventional crush-bent pipes create restrictions at every bend, hampering gas flow and limiting performance potential. Our mandrel-bent pipes eliminate these restrictions, allowing your engine to breathe more efficiently and deliver improved power delivery across the rev range.

Performance Benefits of Upgrading Your Triumph Performance Superbike Exhausts

Riders who upgrade to this exhaust system consistently report noticeable improvements in throttle response, particularly in the mid-range where sport touring riders spend most of their time. The reduction in back pressure allows the three-cylinder engine to express its character more freely, delivering a more engaging and responsive riding experience. Weight savings compared to the standard exhaust also contribute to improved handling characteristics, making your Sprint GT feel more agile and responsive through corners.

The acoustic improvement is equally impressive. The standard exhaust system prioritises noise suppression above all else, often resulting in a muted, uninspiring sound. Our exhaust system produces a rich, purposeful tone that reflects the sporting heritage of the Triumph Sprint while remaining civilised enough for long-distance touring. You’ll appreciate the improved sound during spirited riding without suffering from drone or excessive volume during motorway cruising.

For riders exploring other models in the Triumph range, we also offer premium exhaust systems for the Triumph Speed Triple 955i 2000 – 2004, ensuring consistent quality across our entire product range.

Installation and Maintenance Considerations

Installation requires basic mechanical aptitude and standard workshop tools. You’ll need to support the motorcycle securely on a paddock stand, remove the original exhaust components, and bolt the new system into place using the supplied hardware. Always apply copper-based anti-seize compound to threaded fasteners to prevent seizure and facilitate future removal. Torque all fasteners to manufacturer specifications, and allow the exhaust to heat cycle several times before checking and re-torquing all connections.

Maintenance of stainless steel exhausts is straightforward. Regular cleaning with appropriate stainless steel cleaners maintains appearance, whilst periodic inspection of mounting hardware ensures secure fitment. The durability of 304 stainless steel means that with minimal care, your exhaust system will provide years of reliable service.
