When searching for honda performance superbike exhausts, riders of the legendary Honda CB1300 from 1998 to 2013 demand nothing less than exceptional quality, impressive performance gains, and that unmistakable deep exhaust note. Our Carbon Can Co Ltd exhaust system has been expertly engineered to deliver all three, transforming your CB1300 into an even more formidable machine on both the road and track.

Premium Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts for the CB1300

The Honda CB1300 has earned its reputation as one of the most capable and enjoyable big-bore naked bikes ever produced. With its muscular 1284cc inline-four engine producing impressive power throughout the rev range, this superbike deserves an exhaust system that matches its performance credentials. Our carefully crafted exhaust solution is designed specifically for CB1300 models spanning the entire production run from 1998 through to 2013, ensuring perfect fitment regardless of your bike’s year.

This comprehensive exhaust package includes everything required for a straightforward installation. You’ll receive one precision-engineered stainless steel 304 CNC mandrel bent link pipe, one robust stainless exhaust strap, and one exhaust strap rubber mount. The mandrel bending process is crucial here—unlike crushed or pressed pipe bending methods, mandrel bending maintains consistent internal diameter throughout every curve and bend. This means smoother exhaust gas flow, reduced back pressure, and ultimately better performance from your CB1300’s powerful engine.

Why Choose Carbon Can Co Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts?

Our exhaust system has been designed with the practical rider in mind. It fits directly to your standard OEM downpipes, eliminating the need for expensive modifications or additional components. This bolt-on fitment means you can transform your bike’s performance and sound in your own garage without specialist tools or professional assistance, though we always recommend proper mechanical knowledge or professional installation if you’re unsure.

The use of 304-grade stainless steel throughout the construction ensures exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. British weather can be notoriously harsh on motorcycle components, with salt-laden winter roads and persistent damp conditions testing even premium materials. The 304 stainless steel specification provides outstanding resistance to these elements, maintaining both its structural integrity and attractive appearance for years to come.

Performance Benefits of Quality Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

Upgrading to our exhaust system delivers multiple performance advantages. Firstly, the improved exhaust gas flow reduces restrictions that rob your engine of power, particularly in the mid-range where the CB1300 already excels. Riders typically report a noticeable improvement in throttle response and a slight increase in overall power output. The weight saving compared to the standard exhaust system also contributes to improved handling characteristics, with the bike feeling more agile and responsive through corners.

The acoustic transformation is equally impressive. The CB1300’s inline-four engine produces a glorious soundtrack when paired with a quality aftermarket exhaust, delivering that distinctive superbike wail that turns heads wherever you ride. It’s loud enough to announce your presence and satisfy your enthusiasm, yet remains civilised enough for everyday riding and touring duties.

For riders interested in exploring our wider range of Honda exhaust solutions, we also offer systems for models including the Honda XRV750 Africa Twin 90′ – 03′, demonstrating our commitment to supporting Honda enthusiasts across multiple model ranges.

Installation and Fitment Considerations

The installation process is refreshingly straightforward thanks to the direct OEM downpipe compatibility. The included stainless exhaust strap and rubber mount provide secure, vibration-dampened mounting that prevents the exhaust from working loose during spirited riding. We recommend using high-temperature assembly paste on all joint surfaces to ensure gas-tight seals and prevent future corrosion, making subsequent removal easier should you need to service the system.

Before installation, it’s worth inspecting your existing OEM downpipes for any signs of damage, corrosion, or leaks. While our exhaust system will connect to worn downpipes, replacing damaged sections ensures you’re getting the maximum performance benefit from your upgrade. Always allow the exhaust system to cool completely before working on it, and ensure the motorcycle is properly supported on a paddock stand or similar equipment.

Technical Excellence in Honda Performance Superbike Exhausts

The CNC mandrel bending process deserves special mention as it represents a significant quality advantage over cheaper manufacturing methods. According to Motorcycle News, one of the UK’s most trusted motorcycling publications, exhaust system quality directly impacts both performance and longevity, making the manufacturing method a critical consideration when choosing aftermarket parts.

Our manufacturing process ensures each bend maintains the optimal internal diameter, preventing the flow restrictions that occur with inferior bending techniques. This attention to detail might seem minor, but it makes a tangible difference to how effectively exhaust gases exit the system, which in turn affects engine efficiency, power delivery, and fuel consumption.

Carbon Can Co Ltd’s reputation has been built on delivering premium-quality motorcycle exhausts that combine performance, durability, and value. Whether you’re a CB1300 owner seeking enhanced performance for track days, a more engaging sound for spirited road riding, or simply replacing a corroded standard system, our exhaust delivers on all fronts.
